3 lb. hamburger                                  
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder                            
1 chopped onion
3 tsp. salt                                           
1 cup milk
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Mix all ingredients except cream of mushroom soup and pat into large cookie sheet. Chill overnight.

Cut into squares and roll in flour. Brown well and place in a casserole dish or pan. Cover with 2 cans cream of mushroom soup over top.  Cover tightly with foil and bake 1 hour at 350º. If you don’t bake all of the “steak” use only one can of soup and the “steak” may be frozen and used later.
