1 pkg. refrigerated cookie dough       
1 pkg. cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
4 cups assorted fresh fruit                                     
            Strawberries, kiwi,
            bananas, peaches,
            blueberries, raspberries,

Roll out cookie dough ¼-inch thick onto bar pan.  Bake at 350º for 18-20 minutes or until light golden brown; cool 10 minutes.  Carefully loosen and cool completely.

For topping, combine cream cheese and sugar; mix well.  Spread mixture evenly over top of cookie.  Slice strawberries & peaches, peel kiwi and/or bananas.  Arrange fruit over cream cheese mixture.  Refrigerate.
