1 cup baby spinach
1 cup mango chunks
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 cup 0% plain Greek yogurt
1 small banana
1 cup water
1 cup ice
1 1/2 Tablespoons Hemp seeds *optional
2 Tablespoons powdered oats *optional
Combine spinach, mango, blueberries, yogurt and
banana in a blender. Add water and ice.
Blend until smooth.
