POPPY SEED BREAD

3 cups flour                        
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/8 cups oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/4 tsp. almond extract                      
1 1/4 tsp. lemon extract

Combine all ingredients in listed order and mix.  Makes enough for 2 bread pans.  Bake in greased pan at 325º for 1 hour 15 minutes.  Pour glaze over bread and let cool.

Glaze:
            1/4 cup sugar                           
            1 tsp. almond extract
1/4 cup concentrated orange juice      
1 tsp. vanilla extract
